We are experts in on-site / mobile concrete aggregate crushing, concrete demolition, concrete breaking and recycling. We provide a complete turn-key on-site concrete and asphalt crushing service which includes; Preparation of the Concrete Aggregate and Asphalt Crushings We provide all the necessary equipment and manpower to pull up slabs, footings, foundations, and then pre-size the concrete aggregate material for input into our mobile crushing unit. On-site Concrete Aggregate and Asphalt Crushing Our mobile crushing unit (a Pegson 1100x650 Premiertrak) can crush up to 1,000 tons per day and comes complete with a conveyor and the equipment (loader, excavator, etc.) and manpower to load and properly stockpile the crushed aggregate materials. Backfill or off-site Removal The crushed concrete aggregate is sized to your specifications which is typically two inch (2 ") minus. This crushed material can be used as onsite backfill or sent for off-site recycling. The crushed materials can be easily compacted on-site to fill in excavated areas or low spots.
